The long, long life of an idea from JS Bach, Percy Grainger, through Koehne to Arvo Pärt the influence of an idea lives on and on. Composers have long listened, copied, varied and progressed the ideas of their predecessors. This is a story of the long, long life of an idea as told by Queensland Conservatorium Chamber Orchestra and their conductor Michael Morgan.
